Unity on MacOSX - Lion - case-(in)sensitive Issue

Greetings,

so I tried to install the news Unity Editor on my new MacBook Pro which unfortunately comes with Lion and I got the case-sensitive error, that Unity is only able to install on an caseINsensitive Volume.
Well, my HDD IS case-IN-sensitive.
I tried moving it to another Volume (in my case a external HDD) which also was case-insensitive with the same result.
For the fun I moved it to a Casesensitive Volume, which resulted in the same issue.

I already had Unity on my old MacBook Pro (running on SnowLeopard) which ran perfect.

Ideas anyone?
And I don’t want to reinstall everything…

I have no solution for you, except to say that I have installed Unity on Lion without issue on a factory formatted drive. My drive reports it is “Mac OS Extended (Journaled)” as the format.

First thanks for your answer.
But that’s exactly the problem, my drive reports say the exact same thing.
So your’s working and mine not, even when it was the same workflow.

And that is the strange thing, that I hope I can get resolved, somehow.
