Hi, Does anyone know if Unity is stable on Win 8.1 Pro or not. I’ve been searching this but got no luck on finding anything.

Same here. So far everything seems to run fine. If you are a Subscriber to MSDN did you get 10 keys for 8.1 or 5? I got 10.
