Unity Open Error

Hey!

I’m working with Unity and running Windows 7. When I upgraded to version 3 I get an error when opening the program.
When I go to open it, it will just sit in the task manager not opening. I don’t even get the splash page before the program opens. If I click on the icon a second time I get “The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002)”

I have tried running as Administrator and running in compatibility for Windows XP Service Pack 2 won’t work - which worked for Unity 2.6, which now won’t open now when I tried reinstalling it after I uninstalled Unity 3

I have disabled my anti-virus software, Panda, noting. Windows and gateway are up to date. I have reinstalled the program, done a system restore, and getting to the point to reinstall Windows 7.

Hoping somebody can shed some light on the subject.

UPDATE: I tried installing the Unity application to a new folder on my hard drive and I get this error when I open the Unity. “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000007b). Click OK to close the application.”

I am also having the same issue.
Running Windows 7 64-bit
Gave user full permissions to the engine folder.
Ran as Administrator
Ran in XP mode with SP3
None of those things worked.

The only thing that has worked is to Uninstall and reinstall the program. It will launch the game at the end of the install, and it loads correctly. If I close it out and reopen the game, it will not load the process starts for five or ten seconds, then is closes out.

I have reinstalled the programs a few time. That didn’t work for me.
