The www.plasticscm.com dashboard is only useful to manage legacy Plastic SCM Cloud organizations.
I can see you have Unity organizations but this is not related to version control, you will need to create a new Unity DevOps Version Control organization via the Unity dashboard: Unity Version Control (Previously Plastic SCM) - Fast VCS | Unity
And you can use the Unity dashboard to manage your UVCS organizations. The plasticscm.com dashboard is only useful for legacy Plastic Cloud organizations.
