Unity Package Manager Error Refreshing Packages

Hi guys, I’m just new to U3D.

I got an ERROR REFRESHING PACKAGES message when I was trying to open a reasource from Asset Store. There is no SEE CONSOLE message throwed. I’ve tried some solutions like turning off my Firewall, and re-log in through Unity Hub but they all don’t work here.
My U3D version is 2021.1.4 f1c1 Personal

I was also getting this but after waiting a few minutes and then pressing the reset button it worked. I assume it was a temporary network issue on Unity’s end, because the rest of my network was working fine.
