Unity Package Manager Error

Good afternoon,
I’ve downloaded the new version of Unit 2019.3.7f1 but have been unable to open my project in the new version. I keep getting a ‘Unity Package Manager Error’ code. Please see the requested attached files. Any help in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.

This is a known issue for which we don’t have a perfect solution yet. Please first try the suggestions from the sticky post ( **READ ME FIRST** Troubleshooting connection/loading project issues with Package Manager ) and post your results in that same thread.

From the provided screenshots, it appears possible that this user could have firewall issues. I would recommend you try the configuration suggested in the sticky post referenced above.
