Trying to create my first project from a template od 3rd Person Game. (or any other tamplate) While creating unity will give me an error message. In the log and the massage it says:
An error occurred while resolving packages:
One or more packages could not be added to the local file system:
com.unity.cinemachine: [C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Unity\cache\npm\packages.unity.com\com.unity.cinemachine\2.8.9\package.tgz] is not a valid package tarball.

How can i fix that? i appreciate any help.

I’m sorry you’re running into these issues when creating your first project. This is definitely not the intended experience!
Could you please specify which Unity version you are using? From the looks of it, it looks like something in your Unity installation might be incorrect and I’d like to verify if the installer itself is OK or not, and see if anything in that Unity version could be the case.
In the meantime, I suggest deleting that file from your disk and retrying, that could be a “one-off” error.
