Unity package manager is completely empty

Hi, I have been working in unity for few months on version 2020.1. The package manager in that version was showing packages but there were few issues with that. So I installed unity 2019.4.17 and 2019.4.18. In both the package manager window is empty and in the project settings package manager option is empty. Also, console is not showing any error. I tried many things but could not find a solution. I also attached images of Package manager window and project settings window.

Thanks to everyone in advance for helping me out.

I have the same problem, too. I just started unity and wanted to download some tools to make a game, but in unity 2019.4, the package manager is empty. my cursor was changing when I was moving my cursor inside the empty tab, but couldn’t see anything. I don’t know how to fix it, but I am on the same issue as you are. Still, thanks for asking help.

I’m sorry you’re having issues with the Package Manager in 2019.4. Would you be so kind as to create a Bug Report from within one of these Editor versions when the problem is occurring? This way we can more easily investigate the issue by looking at the relevant log files and you should receive support faster.

I see other users have reported a similar problem in this thread . Another user found a workaround that solved the problem for them, maybe you could try it and see if it works for you too.

Same problem - using Unity 2020.3.18f1.
The strange thing is, I CAN see the package manager in one of my other projects, but NOT in the project I’m currently working on. This makes me think that there is some difference in the defaults for my current project compared to my past ones. The only thing I can think of is that this is the first time I started I project with as a 2D game instead of 3d or URP. Maybe one of the default packages that are installed in this case is causing interference?

Still not showing, what can i do to fix this.
