Hoping someone can help. I updated Unity with the latest patch, and when I tried using the player, I got the following error. I have tried like crazy to revert back to an older version, and nothing seems to work. Has anyone run in to this issue, or have any ideas on how to fix it?
It seems to be something with the updated version of Unity, because I can get older builds to play, but I cannot export a new build - I still get the error in this case.
What is the Unity version you are using? Patch releases can generate web players that you can play locally using the web player that ships in the installer. But the patch release web player plugins are not published onto our customer site.
I’m not sure which version I was running, but I was able to revert back to 4.6.0p1, and it seems to be working now. I was having build issues like in my other thread, and downloading one of the more recent patches (I think the December one) fixed the issue. I was hoping another patch would fix the issue again, but I guess that was wishful thinking. 
Making web player builds with patch releases are not going to work. There is no patch release web player for end users to download/use.
