Unity Pro 5.x license

Hello,
I lost my computer where my license was installed, as it is not possible to return it, how can I install it on my new computer?

Thanks

Go to the top right, and click the little orange bubble with your initials. Then click “Organizations”. Then on the left click “My Account” then “My Seats”. At that point you will see your current license key used for later versions of Unity. Then you need to follow instructions on the page to look at the older licenses. See below image.

At that point you should see both your current license, and separately your older Unity 5.x perpetual license. My Unity 5 Pro license shows up there, but for some reason they don’t say which version it is for, just that its a Unity license. For me, the Unity 5 Pro license is the one that doesn’t have the expiration date line. If necessary, you can then click “Remove all my activations” under that license to free them up.

You can search your email for the string “Unity Pro 5.x” in quotes. You should then find your original invoice from Unity with the license key, to verify you are looking at the correct one on the website. Good luck

(I haven’t tried activating a Unity 5 license in several years, so I don’t know if there are any additional pitfalls)

Thanks for your answer.
I have my license key but i can’t insert it. It gives error when I activate the license in the hub.

Unity 5 is from long before the Hub existed. I’d install Unity 5 from the download archive and try to activate the license within Unity 5 instead of through the Hub.
