Unity pro. Development in android. Splash screen

Hello. Im planning to buy a unity pro license but when i see the license comparision chart it seems a little bit confusing. I would like to know if I buy the unity pro license, i would be able to use my custom splash screen when I create my apk for android or do i have to also buy the android pro license?? Also the features offered in unity pro will work when i create the apk or they need the android pro license too??

I have Unity Pro and cannot edit the Splash Image but I can publish apk that run great.

Unity Pro does not affect Android development.

You will need Android Pro as well to get pro features (including the custom splash screen) while your deployment target is Android.
