Unity Pro Install over Unity Free

I know have a license for Unity Pro 5. Can I install it over the free version (also v5). Running on Mac OSX. If I have to get rid of the free version, is deleting the folder in Applications sufficient?

You don’t have to install different software, just Manage License within Unity.

There are no “versions”; there’s only one Unity app. Free/Pro are licenses, not apps.
