Ok, I have some doubts after reading the end user license aggrement.

I am using unity free + iOS till now. Now if i want to purchase unity pro license and iOS pro license then my iOS license will be wasted? And one more thing…Could i use my earlier unity projects in unity pro?

yes, you can use your earlier projects in pro, don't even worry about that.. as for the license being "wasted", if you upgrade to pro, you would no longer need the cheap one, but I don't call that "wasted", I call it "upgraded"...

I see.. well, I'm pretty sure there is no discount for upgrading from iOS license to iOS pro, if that's what you were hoping for..

ok.. hey, they said you cann't mix pro and free version of unity. Is it true for different projects too. Mean if my company is developing two game titles, one in unity pro and one in free.. Is it legal ?

Upgrading a Basic license to a Pro license is the difference in price between the two. So there is no money “wasted”. Unity Pro is not a separate app, it is just a license, so of course you can still load your earlier projects.
