Unity Pro to Unity IOS pro?

Hello we are currently working on a project for Android and Ipad. I know that in order to put our product in the App store we would need to get a Developers Licence from Apple, but do we also need to have UNITY IOS Pro in order to make an apple build?
What exactly do we get from purchasing the Unity IOS is it extra functionality or necessary to deploy builds?

does anyone know if its possible to upgrade to IOS or do we have to buy a separate licence?
