It shows me "due to floating… "
I can’t do anything on my project…i reinstalled unity and i still have the same problem

Do what it says… You can’t really have objects located that far away from the origin.

when i do that(changing the position), my object disappears.
As you can see the object with coordinates like (40000,123452,20235) your camera seems to be at the same Position, try Setting your object to 0,0,0 and then double click in your hiearchy on it, so unity zooms to it. now you should be good to go with your Project.
