is unity 4.2 support samsung s5pc100 device?

i build the angry bot sample project. when i want to install the apk on device with android 2.1, got error message : Invalid Apk

2Unity requires Android 2.3.1 or greater.
File . Build Settings. Then click the Player Settings button. Scroll in inspector
but when i want build it.there is option to select build for android 2.1 ! what it is?
