I am considering taking the Unity Professional exam and would like to inquire about the current status and relevance of the associated courseware. Can anyone provide feedback or share their experience regarding its quality and value before I make a purchase decision?

The courseware is absolutely useless.
Why you need such course?
To be honest, no one will care about.
What is important, it is your work experience and the portfolio of work.
In this case, works related to Unity.
I’d suggest getting practice test for sure, maybe not the courseware. But all is helpful, they are not “absolutely useless”.
