Unity project selection screen not working - displays nothing.

Hi I was hoping somebody could help me… I updated to Unity 2017.1.3 and now when I run unity I get an empty white project selection window. Its the window where you would normally sign in and select the project you want to work on or create a new project.
The blue loading bar moves across the window but then nothing…
Can anybody help please?

Hi, I have had encountered the same situation,
this just happened when I used a proxy,
so it might be due to proxy settings, hopefully
