Unity Project won´t open

So I have just moved my Projects Files to a new Computer (with the Editors). Now the problem is, that when clicking on a Project in the Unity Hub it just doesn´t open.
I don´t know if I have any Logs, because I never created (and/or opened) a Project.
I am using Editor Version 2022.3.18f1. Because this is an older Version I transfered the Editor Files.
Maybe, thats the problem?
Thanks!

Why is the Version in parentheses

well there are standard unity logs,

editor logs
C:\Users<USER>\AppData\Local\Unity\Editor

Hub logs

C:\Users<USER>\AppData\Roaming\UnityHub\logs

as for the parentheses, because its just showing you thats the version of unity

So I only have UnityHub Logs.
Couldn´t find any Editor Logs

Found the Editor Folder!
But still no Log.
Why is that?

How did you “move” both project AND editor?

For the Hub and Editor (or almost every application/program) you have to install them. You can’t just copy their folders and contents. It may seem to work but crucial parts that are stored perhaps in AppData or the registry may be missing.

Depending on how you transferred the project there’s also the possibility that you did not copy all files (ie copy process was aborted) or depending on the medium the copied files may have been corrupted.

OK, so I just installed the Editor from the Unity Archive (because I don`t want compatibility issues with my projects)
But, even after installing the modules (also via the Archive) it doesn´t show me the modules in the UnityHub

You don’t need to install these outside the Hub. Allow the hub to install the editor alongside the modules. It only matters what editor version you open the project with, not how you install this editor.

No, the problem is, that the version isn´t available anymore (from the Hub)

Sure but the archive gives you the “install with hub” option for any archived version. This will focus back on the hub and it’ll begin downloading that version you picked.
