Hi there! For probably a couple of months now, my Unity project has been unable to be updated past version 2019.2.8f1. I’ve been able to install the three newer versions on Unity Hub (2019.2.9f1, 2019.2.10f1, and 2019.2.11f1) with no problems, but when I try to open my project in any of these versions, I confirm the pop-up asking if I want to upgrade my project to a newer version of Unity, then the Hub closes as if everything were normal. However, my project doesn’t actually open in the newer version, and the ProjectVersion.txt is not changed. If I reopen the Hub and try to open the project in 2019.2.8f1 again, the Hub asks if I want to downgrade the project (as if the project actually upgraded in the first place), closes, and does nothing (again). Also, when I restart my Macbook Pro (which is the only solution I’ve found after trying to upgrade the project), the Hub says my project is still version 2019.2.8f1 and that it never actually updated. For a while I’ve just been working on the project with version 2019.2.8f1 just fine, but I would like to keep the project up-to-date. I’ve never actually turned to the forums before, but I’m hoping someone else knows how I can solve this annoying problem. Thanks!
Hi @FelineFriendly , Can you report a bug through the hub bug reporter so we can investigate the logs to know the source of your issue ?
Done! Thanks a ton! ![]()
