you can try this site, http://www.gameprefabs.com/ but it doesn’t really compare to Unity asset store, if you can’t find what you looking for on Unity Asset Store sometimes you can go to the Assets Forum http://forum.unity3d.com/forums/32-Assets-and-Asset-Store, and find some Assets that developers host themselves, in development, or in the process of being submitted to Asset store.
