Unity Recorder Error

I had this error, what can I do?

VideoMediaEncoder:: Create got unsupported format.
UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallUpdateFunctions()

I can record video in webm format but not in mp4 format

Are you on Linux and are you using the recorder package or the unity API directly?

Hi antoinecharton,
I’m having issues with the option on Linux (Ubuntu) since the VP9/WebM has a really bad performance. Is there any way around this, e.g. by using another encoder or other settings? This would be really helpful for me to solve.
