Hello I am trying to connect my iPad with Unity Remote but I can not set the wireless according to the manual any tip?

Hi JadeW, try to connect via USB, you need the last version of the Unity Remote 4 and the Unity 4.5.3 on your desktop.
Connect your iPad to your desktop, open Unity Remote 4 on your iPad.
On your desktop go to EDIT>PROJECT SETTINGS>EDITOR this will open the Inspector select DEVICE first drop down list as “any iOS Device”.
As soon as you RUN your project will show in your device as well.
