unity Remote 4 not working with unity 5.2.03f and nexus 5

I for some reason can’t get Unity Remote to work. I have windows 10. I have installed the android sdk and installed these packages :

I have set the platform to android, set the device as “any android device” , turned on debugging and mock locations on my phone. still, when i press play with everything connected nothing shows on my phone.
Also, this menu is different from anything i’ve seen online ( though it probably does not matter ) : 54510-menu.png

you need to install your device driver.
I just got mine to work after a few hours trying, and figured that is the only main thing missing.
