Unity Remote 5 Setup Issues

Can anyone give me a link to a recent tutorial on how to set up Remote 5 for Android please. I cannot seem to find any complete guides on how to do it.

So far I have installed Remote 5 on my phone and downloaded the Android Studio desktop app, after that I can’t find what the next steps are.
