unity rigging issue (finger)

I downloaded a character model that was rigged. when i import into unity it looks good except for an issue with the hand of the model. the pinky finger is rotated incorrectly

I can fix the finger by rotating the pink finger bone nut unity then states the model is ‘not in the T pose’.

How can i fix this issue ? can i fix in unity or do i need to fix in maya ?

1.remap right finger bones.

2.enforce t-pose.
