Unity Seat bought but does not let me add a user to seat

Hi,

I purchased a new seat, I am already using 3 seats.

Adding images. I can see 1 seat available on the dashboard. But when I select the available checkbox. It does not show me any seat to assign.

I believe that shows organization members, not seats. You’ll need to add the new user/member to your organization and then you’ll be able to assign the seat to them. I think the reason it shows 0 Available is because all of your members are already assigned seats?
