Back street Manhattan is part 1 of the Set Builder asset.  
this package contains 22 high quality Models (19 Low Poly) (3 Mid Poly) complete with hi resolution textures.

This pack is perfect for Top-down games or map creation for FPS games  
These assets are designed for a simple drag and drop level creation also building a game in a movie set like fashion will reduce overdraw as the GPU will only render what can be seen.
