Unity Shadows Problem When Baking A Lightmap

I have been working on a backrooms map or a few days now, I have modelled it in blender finished it all and brought it to unity. I put in my character controller I made and then noticed after baking the lightmaps that there are some strange things happening to it.

I have tried literally everything multiple tutorials, all sorts of forums, hours of tweaking and nothing. I would really appreciate some help I really don’t know what to do I have never really had a lighting problem but its very annoying and I cant really progress to much without having it.

I have also posted my baking settings if that is needed too, thank you.

Just to make it more clear I am using universal render pipeline if that might affect how many lights I can use.
