Unity shows only 2-3 ads per session

Hello, each time I enter my app, after dying two times I don’t get ads at all.
I’m testing it with real ads, and soon the app will be published with more than 5,000 active users during the day.

I need to understand how to make the ad appear each time I request it.
The fill rate is 80% right now and gets decreased each day.
Even tho it suppose to show more than 3 ads with this fill rate.

*Releasing the app with 5000 active users is a big deal, so I need the ads to work perfectly before the release (I own a publishing company so the user count is certain)

Do you see any errors in the device log when an ad fails to show?

How can I see that?

Is therr a way to reset ads statistics? Maybe the cause is I haven’t selected test mode while testing.

You can check the device logs using Logcat on Android and Xcode on iOS. We’ve got some instructions on how to do this here:

If ads aren’t showing up when expected, the error message will tell us what’s wrong :slight_smile:
