Unity shows startup scren, opens Hub then crashes?

Dear Community,
I just got my Student License approved, so I installed Unity on my Laptop for holidays. It all went well, but then I decided to uninstall and reinstall Unity since the whole Android Build part was buggy and Components (NDK and JDK) didn´t get installed as I ticked them.
Then, I tried to start Unity again - it showed the startup screen, opened the hub and crashed. I tried again, reinstalled again, but I can´t fix it. A manuel Unity Installation that´s not made via the Hub says I got a license problem, but I sorted that out by just reentering my license. I´m using 2019.4.1f1 for the project, Unity also crashes when trying to get the Project to 2019.4.4f1. I really don´t know what to do know, can someone help me?

== Edit ==
It seems like just opening projects doesn´t work, creating them works fine.

Check the logs, it usually contains more info you can check up on.

Thanks for your ansfer! Log is here: hatebin

Ok, so I got it to work. (I accidentally gave you the upm log instead of the Editor log, sorry for that :I) The Engine log told me that it couldn´t connect to the local licensing stuff or something like that. I had a network bridge on, so I turned it off and removed it completely, and there it is. I´m kinda angry I didn´t get this fixed earlier sine also other programs had network issues.
Thanks for your help!
