Unity snaps : shadow leaks when baking lights

I am trying to generate a lightmap in a scene where I use the unity snaps sci-fi industrial asset (I follow the brackeys tutorial on Snaps : BUILD LEVELS QUICKLY in Unity with SNAPS! - YouTube)
When my lights are in realtime mode, everything works fine but of course my fps are low. So I am trying to bake the lights, but I have these weird shadows between each tile :

I saw somewhere that it has to do with UV overlap and in order to solve this I need to probuilderize every object and then generate the light UV with unity but it didn’t change anything. Here is the “baked lightmap” view :

Okay, changing the lightmap resolution solved this issue (from 2 for debug to 40).
