Unity Staff you read this or not. I do not care either.

Despite this totally ignored problem : http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/151742-quot-Installer-integrity-check-has-failed.-quot-over-and-over-again.
For which I also bought a brand new hard disk to rule out hard disk errors. But which didn’t resolve the problem, I was, just now, going to purchase a Unity Pro license.

But wanting to do this, I bump into the folowing.

First my Account login is refused. Although I’m sure it is OK. Because KeePass doesn’t lie, neither does my backup Excel sheet with logins. :

After about 8 attempts, I click the “Forgot your password?” link. Which tells me I’m already signed in. :

Then I click the “Edit Account” link on the left. My password is again refused. :

Make up your own mind. I’ve had enough.

Despite all this, I wish Unity good luck.

Jumping ship now, to either UDK3, Shiva3D, or Torque3D. It’s not like Unity is the only player in town.

NB : A similar credentials mess is still going on with the Unity Answers site. It was gone for a while though.
But I don’t mind about this one. I hardly visit Unity Answers. But probably more often than Unity Staff visits this forum.

You need to actually contact Support at Unity3D dot com. The web team is already hard at work at, among other things, fixing ANOTHER rare issue with Answers logins. They’re very good at fixing individual problems, but they have to know about them first. Sure they might happen across a random thread among the dozens per day, but you’ll have a lot more luck if you actually bring it to their attention.

Honestly it sounds like you have a variation of the redirect issue.

I don’t know what the problem is with your downloads. My recommendation is to disable all non-essential plugins, ensure that every single script is allowed on the Unity pages, and if that fails, switch to a different browser. The download problem could be linked to the login issue (technology is so complicated >_<), so if all that fails, do try again after your login’s fixed.

I had some login issues when the merged various parts of the Unity Websites, and I have to say they were brilliant and got it fixed for me. Louis is spot on in what he says above.
