Hey all,

I am using ARToolkit for Unity and it causes issues for the default Unity startup sequence. As you can see in the attachements, the initial screen when starting the app is black with a preview of the device camera in a corner, which corner depends on the app orientation at that moment. It starts in landscape mode and changes to portrait. After that It should show the unity splash screen but instead, it’s most often showing junk data as seen in the 2nd screenshot. After that, the app runs normally without problems. Can anyone point me in a direction to look to fix the startup sequence? I imagine it is all hidden in the UnityEngine but for some reason the ARToolkit can and does unintentionally alter it.

Solved by enabling ARToolkit only after the scene has been loaded
