Unity starting problem

Hello, everytime I install Unity, use it for a couple of time and restart my Computer I get an Error Message
Display when I try to start it again after I just restarted.

This is what it looks like:

If I hit the buttons given in the Dialog nothing happens, not even after 10minutes.
How can I fix the problem?
I am using Unity 5.1.2f1.

It is very annoying… and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
