Unity stuck on compiling shaders and it makes waste a lot of time

Hi, just want to say that Unity Editor is too slow to run specially when you manage big projects, also something which is inconvenient and lacks a lot of stability is when you work with 3rd party assets shaders, you always encounter issues, im currently on 6.0.0.29 and im oftenly getting the editor stuck to compiling a shader of a third party asset. if i upgrade to the next version i have to upgrade HDRP package and many shaders broke. so at the end it never resolve and i have to kill and restart the editor. i think for my point of view, unity should pause working on adding news updates of their render pipelines and stabilize all these issues that make the editor easy to use and avoid to waste a lot of time while developing. same when you work with ECS, the scene sometimes takes 30 seconds to run. decreasing of some seconds should be great.
