Unity stuck on splash screen importing Autodesk Interactive .shadergraph

On splash screen unity is stuck importing \Autodesk Interactive “…”.shadergraph . It repeats importing the same few files over and over.

Reinstalling the project works once, but all future attempts to open unity have the same problem.

The same happened to me, not only with the Autodesk shader, sometimes the importing enter in a loop or stuck.

A solution that work for me: Kill the Unity process, and open again. To open a project from 2018, I had to kill the process like four times.

Could you please submit a bug report with a minimal reproduction project attached?

Do you have cache server enabled for v2?
If so it might be the same as: 2019.3.0b8 freezing in AssetImportManager::Import

I am also seeing this issue in 2019.3b9 I am not 100% what cache server is so I am not sure if I have it installed or not. Let me know if anyone wants log files etc
