Unity subscription Management is broken

I need to change my Unity subscription from a Unity Pro (a 3 free months offer) to a monthly Unity Plus. Every time I change my settings and save, I get the following message: “We’re sorry, but something went wrong.”.
If I cancel the Unity Pro subscription or make any other change, I get this same error message.
