I have read the packages of Unity Subscription. Can someone explain to me in detail the inclusions of each package (Unity Plus, Unity Pro, Unity Enterprise)?

What do you mean by “inclusions”? The different Unity license versions have pretty much the same functionality. The difference is that you have different annual turnover limits with each license and if you exceed it you have to use a higher license. Also the different license tiers have a few special features which are all explained on the compare plans site.
I don’t know what else you want to know. Pretty much all information about Unity’s different licenses is on their own website. Hopefully you already read the EULA and terms of services
