Unity suggestion: In Animator window, allow creating text comments

I should be able to create a little drag-able text window with comments in it, to help explain the states and why it would go one way or another. I’m sure this has been suggested before.

Totally need notes in the Animator Window

Need to improve Animator System a little bit,
like duplicate windows so that we can check the other layer / state as reference.
and the text comment is a must have, please.
