Unity support slow?

Usually when I report bugs, Unity is quick to respond. Normally, it would take a few days or maybe a week at most. I write very clear reports with easily reproducible bugs in small example projects where the issue has been isolated. Lately, however, it seems like it takes much longer for Unity to reply, if they even reply at all.

What’s going on?
Is anybody else experiencing the same thing?
Does this have anything to do with their transition from fogbugz to jira?

I’ve got in contact with the team responsible for those tickets.
Unfortunately due to the high number of tickets our response time is longer than normal.

The team should be jumping on these tickets soon.
