A reminder: as announced in several other places and also discussed on this forum, tomorrow (January 9th) is the day for new Unity Teams plans to take effect. What this means primarily for tomorrow is that Unity Personal users will still be able to use Cloud Build to upload and share builds (and use the push-to-store features), but will no longer be able to create builds in Cloud Build without a Teams Advanced plan. There will also be new project size and user limits in Unity Collaborate as well.
If you’re a Unity Personal user who wishes to keep creating builds in Cloud Build (or work on larger projects in Collaborate), you can get more information and sign up for a 30-day free trial of the new Teams Advanced plan (which includes full Cloud Build access) from https://unity3d.com/teams. Existing Unity Plus and Unity Pro subscribers (and new subscribers through the end of January) get Teams Advanced with their current subscriptions, with no action required. Looking at your organizations, I see the Plus subscription on your default org, and that org should also have Teams Advanced - it looks like your active projects may be in other orgs, though. If you’re seeing this issue with your default org that has the Plus subscription, though, reply and we’ll dig in further to see what might be amiss.
Subscriptions cannot be transferred between Organizations. It can only be done by cancelling the existing subscription and purchasing the subscription on the correct Organization. (Which would need to be done by 31st January to get the Teams Advanced for life offer)
Depending on the amount of active projects you have, it can be easier to transfer the projects to the Organization that has the subscription, which can be renamed if you so wish.
