Hi, i downloaded the unity terrain assests from http://unity3d.com/support/resources/assets/terrain-assets and then i opend the file (a unity package file) and it opened my game, awesome, then as soon as it says "decompressing" it stops, and gives 2 errors 1) error while importing package; Package has a unknown format 2) failed importing package on the file it even has the unity application icon for it.
Well i have the same problem and that download isnt there anymore.
woot woot. this is awesome. ive downloaded it like 3 times. reinstalled unity and tried 3 ways to import the assets
