Unity terrain giving too much headache

Hello everyone,

Anyone knows how can we solve the terrain and models glitching without doing stupid things with terrain?
We tried many workarounds for this and the only solution right now is if you model the terrain and other models by yourself.

If I remember correctly, I’ve had similar issues in the past - these were resolved by adjusting the game camera’s near & far clip planes (the near was the one that fixed it i think).
