Unity ThirdpersonAi

It has a click to move but i want it to behave like this: when i click and or hold down the click the player keeps moving to the position not stand in one position just like the unity thirdpersonai. second when the click to move works like i want i want it also to move the bodys aim i.e wizard holding a staff meaning that when i rotate my cursor around the wizard the wizards body should rotate along the mouse also

TL:DR I want a Magicka wizard wars like movement system.

p.s is casting spells counted as shooting?

I dont know what to even do.
