unity to 3ds max export

hi quick question i have recently switched over to max for a bit and am confused with the unit set up in order to get the right scale in unity.

at the moment i have max set up to 1 cube = 1 cm as it works better with max’s settings. did try 1 cube to 1 metre but could easily see that max is not designed to work like that with certain tools. so basically every time i export my model i get a scale factor of 0.01 on the import settings but the usual 1x1x1 in the actual objects transform. is this ok or is there a way to make both 1x1x1. working with exporting fbx

You could try altering the import scale, i.e. make it 1 in stead of 0.01 …
