I’ve been noticing pretty terrible fps in editor while using Unity UI ( currently on 2017.3, but that has been happening for a while, maybe as early as 2017.1 ( not sure, haven’t taken time to really look into it)
As soon as I have a UI canvas in the scene, the editor slows down to a crawl, where it takes seconds to register any movements/clicks, if I start a rotate, it will keep on rotating and randomly select game objects in viewport, long, long after I let go of the click. An extremely maddening situation as you can imagine.)
Very doubtful that it would be my workstation - core i7/64gigs of ram/dual 1080s/all running on SSDs)
Has anyone run into this issue?
