Unity UI Source Code 5.6

I needed to make a few changes to Unity UI a year or so ago, so I forked it from the bitbucket repository then made my changes. This worked great at the time, but now I’m in a difficult situation, because my team wants to upgrade to Unity 5.6, but Unity has not released the UI source code for 5.6 yet!

Does anyone know how soon we can expect this to be released? I really wish they would update the bitbucket repo more often. This also prevents us from being able to use beta versions of Unity for the same reason.

Basically, you just need to keep checking the UI repo. Usually it’s a few weeks after release that the BitBucket site is updated.

@phil-Unity , Any updates? (especially with 5.6 being the “last” 5.x build.

For anyone interested, they appear to have finally updated the UI bitbucket with 5.6 source
