Unity unnecessary filtering my sprite

So I made a lovely sprite in photoshop that I will import to unity 2d
but when I imported it the sprite changes, I already turn the filter mode to point,

here is my sprite before and after I import it to unity:

it makes it looks like after thrown away to a trash can and pick it up
so how do I fix this annoying thing?

Ow, I just need to remove the compression that exists for some reason
