Hello, it is the first time that I try to make a game for the Microsoft Store and the project is ready, but I have a problem when uploading it, when I export the game and run it it does not go beyond the unity splash screen and the game closes. That only happens when it is exported in Universal Windows Platfrom, from the editor it works fine and if I export it in another platform.

There aren’t any errors in that log :/. So it just hangs, doesn’t complete the loading?

Are you using DOTS 0.51 by any chance? There’s a known issue with IL2CPP (outlined in Experimental Entities 0.51 is Available ) which UWP uses.
I was checking my project and if I have it, I have no idea why I downloaded it and when I did it, but I already checked, and I don’t use it, so I’ll delete it. I will build the game again and test if finally works

I have either good or bad news, depending on how you take them. The issue is a bug in Unity, and unfortunately there is no way to fix it on your side. However, it’s been already fixed a while ago. I noticed you’re using a pretty old version of Unity. I’d suggest updating to Unity 2021.3 LTS and that issue should go away.

I understand, I’m currently using version 2021.1.13f1 and really hope that updating will solve my problem because I don’t know what to do anymore and I hope it won’t ruin my lighting like the last time I updated. Thanks for the help 
Hi, I’m having problems again. I can’t install unity 2021.2.6f1 LTS, it always ends with installation failed. It does not go past this part of the image.
Can you attach logs from %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\UnityHub\logs? Do you have sufficient free disk space?
If I have enough space, I managed to download it from the Unity page, but now it doesn’t allow adding the Uwp support module, I guess because of the above. Try to change it from AppData\Roaming\UnityHub\editors as I investigated but nothing.
You can also download individual Unity modules (like UWP) from download archive too: Unity 2021.3.6
